CAS – Contemporary Art Society of Tucson
It was such a pleasure to perform at the donor and benefactor’s luncheon at the beautiful home of Shelley Sherman. David Andres gave the keynote in the artistic atmosphere of the home nestled in the foothills above Tucson.
Tess Redmoon is known as a multi-faceted & emotive jazz/classical flutist and vocalist with a wide ranging repertoire, ranging from jazz to latin, from pop to classical. She has been a member of many jazz, rock, world, and classical groups and has performed with the St. Louis Symphony Orchestra. Recording four cds of jazz, original, and renaissance music as band leader, she also regularly adds her flute and vocals on recordings as a studio musician.
For more than 15 years this Connecticut-born guitarist has brought the flair of the East Coast to the Old West. Ed has a loyal following in Tucson of admirers that come to hear his remarkable technique and his mastery of the jazz language. Ed is great in a wide variety of settings; solo guitar, in duo with bass or vocals or second guitar, trio or quartet with drums and/or piano, or a supporting role in a large group.
He was inducted into the Arizona Blues Hall of Fame in 2008
